I ordered a simple tee shirt on 12/17/2013 to give to my son for Christmas and I STILL don't have it as of 01/02/2014!! I've been told on two different occasions that the shipment was messed up and they even blamed DHL for dropping the ball!

There is no phone number to call their Customer Service Department and I'm forced to correspond by e-mail.

At one point them offered to toss in a decal and a coozie and claimed that they will give me a 15% refund for my troubles. As of today, that refund has not posted to my account and it remains to be seen if I get the decal and coozie.

Monetary Loss: $29.
